Every semester, ICFRC brings expert speakers worldwide to Iowa City to discuss the most critical issues affecting our global community.
From individuals with lived experience to thought leaders from the top of their field, the diversity of voices and depth of content covers a lot of ground and invites listeners to consider and explore their place in the world and what they can do to make a difference. University of Iowa students are launching the GLOCAL VOICES podcast (global and local) to provide commentary and analysis about what these topics mean from the perspective of their generation and how to make an impact within the context of fellow students' daily lives. MEET THE HOSTS!KENNEDY LEIN"Hello! My name is Kennedy Lein, I am a Junior majoring in Journalism and Mass Communications as well as minoring in International Studies at The University of Iowa. Global issues are also important to me for my minor and I am excited to gain more insight on being an international journalist! I’m excited to give you all a student view on international relations coming this fall!"
